1. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content on this website, including but not limited to paintings, digital images, text, and logos, is the exclusive intellectual property of José Luis Arias and Arias Gallery.

  • No Reproduction: Purchase of a physical artwork does not transfer copyright to the buyer. You may not reproduce, scan, or distribute images of the artwork for commercial purposes without express written consent from the artist.

  • Website Use: You may share links to our gallery for personal, non-commercial use provided credit is given to José Luis Arias.

2. Product Accuracy

We strive to display the colors and textures of artworks as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in digital monitors and lighting, we cannot guarantee that the physical artwork will perfectly match the image on your screen.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in USD (unless otherwise stated). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

At Arias Gallery, we take the utmost care in ensuring your new artwork arrives safely at your door, whether you are across the street or across the globe.

1. Shipping Policy

  • Domestic & International: We ship from our studio in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, to collectors worldwide.

  • Packaging: Original paintings are professionally packed using acid-free materials and high-impact protective packaging to ensure gallery-quality delivery.

  • Customs & Duties: For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their home country.

  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

2. Damages During Transit

In the rare event that an artwork is damaged during shipping:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please provide clear photographs of the damaged packaging and the artwork.

  • Retain all original packaging materials for insurance inspection.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Because our artworks are unique, original creations:

  • Original Art: All sales of original paintings are final. We do not accept returns for "change of mind."

  • Prints/Merchandise: If offered, exchanges for prints may be considered only in cases of manufacturing defects.

  • Cancellations: All sales are final, no exchanges, refunds, or credits are offered.
